In addition to General Architectural Services, we also provide - Construction Management - Renderings - Site Planning - Design Consulting. As lead in the efforts of the construction team, it is our responsibility to coordinate with all members of the project in an effort to have a prideful, successful and enjoyable experience during the construction of the project. We will do this by adhering to the following procedure:

1. Work with the owner(s) to develop a reasonable, workable and functional program that will benefit his company and the community.
2. Develop a creative and functional design meeting the requirements of the project's program; while keeping the construction budget and constructability as a high priority.
3. Develop clear, strait-forward, concise and complete sets of construction documents. This is achieved by keeping the documents as simple as possible to read and under- stand while working with the other project team members to simplify construction in an effort to minimize inherent problems that can lead to construction delays.
4. Continue to give the project more than just reasonable and adequate attention during the construction administration phase of the project by working with the owner and contractor to resolve issues that may develop.
